Absolutely! You can send us your design file, and we’ll make sure it’s print-ready. If you need help creating or adjusting a design, we can help with that too.

You can:

• Order in person
• Email us with your request and artwork
• Or reach out through our website (if online ordering is available)

We’ll confirm details, send proof (for custom items), and start production once you approve.

• DTF apparel: Typically, ready in 5–10 business days depending on order size.
• Banners, stickers, and signs: Usually 3–7 business days. We’ll give you a timeline when you place your order. Rush orders may be available—just ask!

Yes! We can ship anywhere in the U.S. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the carrier. Local pickup is also available.

We can print small runs—even one-offs for DTF apparel.

Some products (like yard signs, die cut stickers or banners) may have minimum requirements depending on size and materials. Contact us for details.

Yes! If you need your vinyl graphics laminated for extra durability, we can handle that for you.

• Custom items: Non-refundable once production has started (since they’re made just for you).
• Non-custom items: Can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition. If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
