Refund policy

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns: You may return any non-customized item purchased at M&K Graphics and Apparel within 30days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Exchanges: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Customized Products:

  • All Sales Final: All sales of customized products are final. No returns or exchanges are allowed.
  • Damage/Errors: If for some reason your customized product arrives damaged or there is an error in your order (e.g. incorrect customization details), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to correct the error or replace the damaged item. 

Process for Returns:

  • Contact Us: To initiate a return or address a problem with your order, please contact us at 385-288- 1322 of email us at info@mandkga.com with your order details.
  • Authorization: Our team will review your return request and, if applicable, will provide you with a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Shipping: Please follow instructions when receiving your return label to ensure that we will receive your return. Please ensure that the item is properly packaged and the return label is placed on the packaging for return.
  • Refund Processing: Once we received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
